غرش شیر ایرانی

جواهرات معاصر راهبردی هنری و روشی خاص برای به کارگیری مهارت های سنتی و مدرن می باشند که به یک مفهوم، تجسم می بخشند. این جواهرات نمونه کاملی از توجه به ایده‌های مفهومی است که در آن‌ها متریال‌ها و مهارت‌ها به‌جای اینکه هدف نهایی باشند در خدمت ایده‌ها قرار می‌گیرند و بدن به عنوان بستر نمایش در نظر گرفته می شود.

مجموعه “غرش شیر ایرانی”، اشاره به مفهوم شیر در فرهنگ ایران دارد. استفاده از نقش شیر  به صورت های مختلف همراه با معانی متعدد در ادبیات، مذهب و هنر ایرانی نشان دهندۀ ارزش و اهمیت این حیوان در بین ایرانیان بوده است، به طوری که در دوره های مختلف از زمان ورود آریایی ها به ایران تا دوران اسلامی این نقش همچنان مورد توجه و استفاده بوده است. پنجه های قوی، قدرت عضلانی بسیار، دم متفاوت، فکی نیرومند  و غرش شیر که بلند ترین غرش را بین گربه سانان دارد، وجه تمایز کلیدی این حیوان با دیگر همنوع هایش و تثبت قدرت او است. اما آیا تاکنون صدای غرش یک مجسمه یا جواهر را شنیده اید؟

دغدغه شخصی من اغلب توجه به رفتار ما انسانها با عناصر طبیعت و تاثیری است که در تاریخ و فرهنگ ما گذاشته اند. ما چه وظیفه ای در حفظ، نگهداری و انتقال این عناصر و معانی به آیندگان خود داریم؟

Roar of the Iranian Lion

The “Roar of Iranian Lion” collection, refers to the concept of lion in Iranian culture. The use of the role of the lion in various ways along with numerous meanings in Iranian literature, religion and art have shown the value and importance of this animal among Iranians, such that in different periods from the Aryans’ arrival in Iran until the Islamic period, the role has continued to be of interest and use. Strong claws, very muscular power, varying tails, strong jaws and lion roar, which has the highest roar among cats, is the key to distinguishing this animal from its companions and consolidating its power. But have you ever heard the roar of a statue or jewel?

My personal concern is often about the way we humans treat the elements of nature and the impact they have on our history and culture. What is our duty to preserve, protect, and convey these elements and meanings to our future generations?
